I'm not just an MBA student or someone with a background in psychology - I bring all of that together with real-world experience in alliances, leadership, and partner management. That means I don’t just understand theory - I understand how things really work inside organizations.
I speak the language of both HR and business leaders. I know what drives teams, what burns people out, and what often goes unnoticed in the day-to-day. I bring credibility from the boardroom to the break room.
The topics I cover aren’t just interesting - they’re timely, relevant, and needed. I help teams and leaders navigate:
Burnout and recovery
Motivation and engagement
Change and uncertainty
Leadership rooted in self-awareness
Resilience that’s human—not just “be tougher” advice
I bring emotional intelligence, lived experience, and research to every talk I give.
In every session, I make sure people walk away with something they can actually use.
Whether it's a bounce-back toolkit, a fresh take on strengths (like SWOT for your inner resources), or reflective writing practices—my talks are designed to be useful. I want people to leave thinking, “I can try that on Monday.”
Workplaces are becoming more human-centered - and that’s where I thrive.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers. Instead, I share what I’ve learned and create space for reflection, connection, and growth. My style is reflective, down-to-earth, and rooted in the real challenges we face - especially in agile, hybrid, and fast-paced environments like tech.
I’m not coming in from the outside with a polished script - I’m in it too.
I work with teams. I support colleagues. I face deadlines and uncertainty like everyone else. And that’s what makes my talks resonate. I connect especially well with:
People leaders supporting stretched teams
Professionals navigating overwhelm and change
Women in business looking for real tools - not fluffy advice
Change-makers who need a better language for stress, resistance, and growth
I began my career with a tech education and spent over 16 years building expertise in alliances and partnerships within the B2B SaaS space. I've played both hands-on and leadership roles - at one point managing two teams simultaneously. Working with international teams across cultures and time zones has taught me the nuances of collaboration, leadership, and navigating change.
But my journey hasn’t been linear.
I've pivoted three times, each one a leap into the unknown. First, I left a stable leadership role in tech to become a full-time artist. It was a deeply personal decision that brought joy, but also vulnerability and the fear of uncertainty. That chapter sparked my interest in resilience - not the buzzword kind, but the lived, day-by-day strength it takes to start from scratch.
My second pivot led me to therapy and psychology, where I began studying the science of how people cope with uncertainty and anxiety. I also started my counselling work, diving into mental health and resilience in a way I had never imagined.
In 2023, I made my third pivot - returning to tech, but with a new lens. Now, I combine business expertise, psychological insights, and lived experience to help others face change with clarity and confidence.
My experience of immigration added another layer to my understanding of resilience - the emotional toll of starting over in a new culture and the courage it takes to rebuild your identity in unfamiliar places.
Today, I work as a Partner Manager at a SaaS company within the Atlassian Ecosystem. With a Change Practitioner Certificate, I’m also studying for an MBA in Business Psychology at Edinburgh Business School. I continue to speak, learn, and connect through communities like the Oxford Orators Club and Women in Alliances.
These experiences - across industries, disciplines, and borders - shape the way I show up for others. Whether on stage or in conversation, I aim to offer not just insight, but tangible tools people can use to navigate their own turning points.
